Q What are the check-in and check-out times?
A Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

A We’re sorry, but early check-in and late check-out are not available.

A Yes. One parking space is provided per room.
Q Can you store my luggage?
A Yes. We can store your luggage before and after your stay, and we also accept deliveries on your behalf.
Q Are there convenience stores or restaurants nearby?
A There is a convenience store within walking distance.
Also, many local restaurants nearby offer the best of Fukui’s cuisine.

Payment & Cancellation

Q What payment methods are available?
A We accept advance payment by credit card as well as payment upon arrival. Cash payment on site is also available.
Q Is there a cancellation fee?
A Cancellation fees apply from 14 days prior to your stay. Please refer to the terms and conditions of your selected accommodation plan for details.

Q Is Wi-Fi available?
A Yes. Each guest room is equipped with a private Wi-Fi router. The password required for connection is provided in the information section on the television screen.
Q What amenities are available?
A Amenities are provided in the space in front of the elevator on the 1st floor, including toothbrushes, razors, disposable slippers, combs, cotton pads, bath additives, tea bags, coffee packs, wash towels, lotion, toner, cotton swabs, hair ties, and more.
Q Are pajamas (loungewear) provided?
A Yes, pajamas are available in front of the elevator.
Q Are there smoking rooms?
A Our property is entirely non-smoking. Please use the designated smoking area.
Q Are there vending machines in the hotel?
A Yes, there is one located next to the elevator.

A Yes, children are welcome. Please refer to the plan details for information regarding co-sleeping and applicable rates.

A No. The sauna is exclusively available for staying guests.

A The sauna is privately located within the guest space and may be enjoyed together with family or partners, regardless of gender.
Q Is a reservation required for the sauna?
A Yes. The sauna is available by reservation and can be booked in advance through our website. If there is availability on the day of your stay, additional reservations may be made.
Q Are sauna mats and towels provided?
A Yes. Sauna mats and towels are provided in the first-floor sauna area.
Q Are there any precautions when using the sauna?
A For your health and safety, please refrain from using the sauna after consuming alcohol or if you are feeling unwell.
Q Are there safety features in the sauna?
A Yes. An emergency call button is installed inside the sauna room.
Q Can the sauna door be opened from the inside?
A Yes. For safety reasons, the door can be easily opened outward from the inside.
Q Are there any safety precautions inside the sauna room?
A The sauna stove and stones become extremely hot. Please avoid touching them. We also recommend staying hydrated and taking regular breaks.
Q Is drinking water available?
A Yes. A water server is available in the first-floor sauna area. Please feel free to use it.
